Kintsugi Wellbeing Groups

Our wellbeing groups offer safe and supportive spaces for people to explore issues and skills to maximise mental and emotional wellbeing.  Using resources developed by the national charity, Kintsugi Hope, in partnership with CWR, facilitated sessions promote peer-mentoring.

The courses consist of a structured yet flexible series of 12 weeks of content, which includes group and individual activities designed to help participants to accept themselves, to understand their value and worth, and grow towards a more resilient and hopeful future.

Harbour Well-being Cafe

ome and meet us at our monthly well-being café,  whether you are someone who wants to develop their own mental health and well-being, or whether you are a carer.  We meet on the second Saturday of every month between 3.00pm and 5.00pm - at the moment we are meeting using the power of Zoom! Check out our Facebook page for details of our next café - just turn up with a cuppa and a snack.

Honesty Over Silence

The Honesty Over Silence series seeks to open up conversations around topics that many find difficult such as trusting in God when life is painful, dealing with anxiety and depression, learning to look after ourselves, developing our character, and living with thankful hearts even in tough seasons.  It examines the strength in letting go of the need to be in control, as well as looking at how we can stop comparing ourselves to others and instead live authentically and honestly as we grow into the people God has created us to be.

In the series, Patrick Regan  interview people from different backgrounds and walks of life who have gone through various challenges.  The issues raised are very personal to them and of a very sensitive nature.  Amazingly, these wonderful people of God are not afraid of their scars and recognise that it is where healing is found and can testify of God’s presence even in tough times.
