Kintsugi Well-being CoursesOur well-being groups offer safe and supportive spaces for people to explore issues and skills to maximise mental and emotional well-being. Using resources developed by the national charity, Kintsugi Hope, in partnership with C.W.R, we provide facilitated sessions that promote peer-mentoring.
Course OutlineThe courses consist of a structured yet flexible series of 12 weeks of content, which includes group and individual activities designed to help participants to accept themselves, to understand their value and worth, and grow towards a more resilient and hopeful future.
Some of the areas covered include: honesty, anxiety, depression, disappointment, perfectionism, forgiveness, resilience, self-acceptance, healthy relationships and many others. |
