What We Do

Harbour works with local churches, community groups and individuals.  Our current  activities include a well-being café, a carers group and several well-being courses.

Our Mission

To support positive mental health and emotional well being in our community and across South Cheshire by providing spaces and opportunities that are truly 'a safe harbour in life's storms.'

Our vision is to enable the provision of accessible, high quality support that develops the emotional well-being and mental resilience of individuals and groups.  Harbour equips and empowers people to enjoy fulfilling lives and become effective contributors to community well-being.

Kintsugi Well ​being Groups

Kintsugi Well-being Courses

Our well-being groups offer safe and supportive spaces for people to explore issues and skills to maximise mental and emotional well-being.  Using resources developed by the national charity, Kintsugi Hope, in partnership with C.W.R, we provide facilitated sessions that promote peer-mentoring.

Course Outline

​The courses consist of a structured yet flexible series of 12 weeks of content, which includes group and individual activities designed to help participants to accept themselves, to understand their value and worth, and grow towards a more resilient and hopeful future. 

Some of the areas covered include: honesty, anxiety, depression, disappointment, perfectionism, forgiveness,  resilience, self-acceptance, healthy relationships and many others.
